Having possessed lot of experience in teaching Yoruba language to students of diverse backgrounds and culture, I make use of modern technology to teach and drive home my points. Seeing is believing. Ireti Olutoyin Owoeye (Nee Aroso) was born in Asin – Ekiti in Ikole local government area of Ekiti State, over six decades ago, to the family of Hon. Micheal Ademola Aroso (deceased) a civil servant and a politician from Asin – Ekiti in Ekiti State and her mother, a sewing mistress and a retired public servant, Madam Ruth Fehintola Aroso from Ayeni’s family Ilojo in Itapa- Ekiti. Owoeye Ireti Olutoyin is a devout Christian who likes touching people’s life positively.
EDUCATION
Enrolled in school at an early age at I.C.C school III, Inalende Ibadan in 1966 — 1972, gained admission into St. Mary’s Girls Grammar school, Ikole Ekiti in 1973 — 1978. She ran a year (post WASC) at C.A.C Teacher’s training college, Efon Alaaye in 1979 — 1980. She later proceeded to the then Ondo State College of Education in 1983 – 1986. She then secured admission to Ekiti State University in the year 2000 and graduated with Bachelor of Arts (Edu) degree in Yoruba Language.
MARITAL LIFE
Got married ti my dearest beloved husband Chief Samuel Olukayode of great Oroke in Itapa – Ekiti in 1981 and family is blessed with four successful and dependable children.
